While you focus on your baby, my focus is to keep your world spinning in the ways you desire it! You will be nourished - body, mind, and spirit with food, resources, healing herbs and teas, baths, massage, and infant care. Includes baby-wearing support and education.
For the new baby, postpartum support may look like sleep support or comfort and care while their parents step away. Inspired by the philosophies of Magda Gerber (RIE or respectful infant edu-caring), I do not believe in utilizing dismissing language, actions, or interactions with small beings but rather acknowledge, identify, and hold space for their experiences. Infant CPR certified, certified car seat technician.
